Performance Modules
This is the COSMIC CUBE. It is an "open patch" synthesizer/sculpture.
A self-contained unit, the CUBE needs only an amplifier/speaker system
to produce quadraphonic soundpaintings. Five of the six faces of the cube
contain control switches, jax, pots and approximately 512 indicator LED's.
The top is a mixing counsel. After a patch has been made, the cube has logic
circuitry enabling it to decide pitch, volume, timbre, rhythm, and sound motion
over extended periods of time (a month or more). It can also be used as a performance
instrument.
